TGIF

No pictures, but a short note: Pete and I finished our first "week" (actually two days) of school today. I met my cute 8th graders and fabulous IB students today. I had ABSOLUTELY no idea what I was doing in computer class and I think the kids knew it. Luckily, however, I only see them once a week and I have an entirely new section on Tuesday so I have a chance to improve the lesson plan (if you can call what I did today a "Lesson.") I love my IB class - it only has three kids: One from Afghanistan and two from Korea. They are super smart and I think it will be fun to discuss culture and literature with them. Pete met two more classes today. He says he'll write later about them, but I think he liked them.
We're off to a back to school BBQ. More this weekend.

3 Students, that is 1/13th of one of Jessica's 2 IB classes. Any need for a science teacher? I can teach fantasy sports!
