We stretched Lucy's birthday out as much as possible this year, celebrating again at my parents' house. She got a new Ariel doll - "The Little Mermaid" is a favorite around here these days.

This was my attempt at catching a cute moment, when both Sof and Luce were sitting quietly on opposite couches reading a book. It was so sweet.
Pete takes the girls out every night to look at the moon before they go to bed. Lately, Lucy HAS to get dressed up for the event. She puts on a skirt, cape, a couple of crowns, and princess shoes. Getting ready can take up to twenty minutes, but it is so cute.
Pumpkin carving was on the agenda last week - the girls loved it. (I still need to capture a picture of the final product).
Next up ... Halloween!
