Pete and I went to my doctor's appointment on Tuesday and when the doctor said, "I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like a girl." Pete said, "Well, I guess I am going to have a lot of estrogen in my life." The doctor (who is Indian and, by the way, is dressed in a suit and tie, but does not wear shoes or socks) said (imagine an Indian accent), "This is not a problem for the father ... all you need to do is listen." Good advice! Well ... there you have it ... the big news of the day ... enjoy! :) We love and miss you all!

I Guess Now is as Good of Time As Any ...
So ... I have an announcement ... well, I guess our family has an announcement. Lucy would like all of you to know that she will be having a little sister (most likely, the doctor isn't 100% sure about this) in late March. I'm due April 2nd, but since I will probably have another c-section, they will probably schedule it two weeks before my due date. That makes me nearly 18 weeks along now. We have announced this to a lot of you individually, but I obviously had not made the blog announcement yet - don't ask me why, I just didn't. :) Anyway, my sister Katy was pestering me today about when I was going to put it on here, so I guess today is as good of day as any. We are very, very excited to add another member to our family. And, if it is truly a girl, I know from experience that Lucy is very lucky to get a little sister - they rock!
