October

Hey - we're getting there!  October seems like 2 seconds ago!

Sweet Lucy turned 8 in October if you can believe it.  She is our smart, creative, caring wonderful girl and we are so proud of her.  These days she is 8 going on 18, but if you look past her desire to be grown up, you can still find the kid there.  She loves horses, art, and using her imagination to create experiments.

Instead of a party this year, Lucy just wanted her friend Ayda to come down from Seattle for a sleepover.

Yep, it happened.  I turned 40.  Pete and I went to Vegas to celebrate.  So fun!
