Kong Hey Fat Choi

Today is the last day of the "Year of the Rat" - tomorrow we enter the "Year of the Ox." What does this mean for us? A week off of school! Yeah! Tomorrow we are heading out to Hanoi, Vietnam to celebrate Chinese New Year.
Here are a few pictures from the last couple of days ...
First of all ... here is the first picture of Shmoo #2. I am scanned it and I am sure it is difficult to see, but I wanted to share it with you all anyway.

Here's Lucy in her cute outfit.
Reading.
We had some water delivered today. Of course, Lucy thought it was a toy delivery.

Even when Pete started putting the water away, Lucy still thought is was fun to play.
Well, Kong Hey Fat Choi (Happy New Year!). I'll try to blog from Hanoi if I can. Loves to everyone at home.

Kaitlyn's class has been studying China for two weeks and had a celebration for Chinese New Year on Friday. They all wore red. it was very fun. They marched up and down the hallways with drums and other instruments yelling, "Gung Hey Fat Choi". I am not telling her they were saying it wrong:) But she just read your blog and thought it was so cool you are there!

Happy New Year and happy vacation. You are doing great if you are only just now feeling pregnant. When is your last day of work?
