Don't freak out (especially our parents and especially Kimberly and Lorissa who are days away from arrival), but we are in the middle of a typhoon here in Hong Kong. We are currently at a level 3 warning with a black rain cloud warning (the black rain cloud is the highest level I think). It is supposed to all calm down tonight though, so we have just been enjoying the storm from our little apartment on the 42nd floor that overlooks the South China Sea. Pete is really hoping it all calms down tomorrow, as he is leaving for a week-long trip to China with the 8th graders. We'll keep you posted.
Here is a video of today's events ... Lucy enjoyed the weather. We took her back inside right after this, so don't worry.

I've been there for a couple of these too -- glad it was a "scary fun" one and not just a "scary" one.
I may be back over to see you this October, hopefully over a weekend so we can head to Macau or something.
See you this summer!
